Change your baby before you change sides (or halfway through the bottle). I will change her before i feed her, but do it about a half hour before she needs a feed. I find it better that after his feed i can just put him back to bed rather then changing him after.

I used to change my lo nappy before a bottle so if he fell asleep near. I find it better that after his feed i can just put him back to bed rather then changing him after. This usually wakes babies up enough to get them to take a full feeding.
